The application takes around 5-10 minutes to complete and we have designed the process to be as simple and easy as possible. If you do run into any difficulties or would like any advice, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The application is broken down into five parts; dates & duration, optional extras, personal details, review all of your information and payment. You can navigate to a previous section by clicking the numbers at the top of the page.

Please ensure that all information submitted is correct and try to be as detailed as possible when answering the questions. We like to meet everyone’s expectations, so the more we know about you and what you hope to achieve, the more we can help you plan for your trip of a lifetime.

Once you have finished the application, you will be greeted with an application complete page and you should also receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Confirming Your Placement

As part of the application process you will be required to pay the registration fee of £179 (per person) via debit or credit card to submit your application. If for whatever reason your application is not accepted, this will be refunded in full straight away.
